If you contact Julie or her staff in any way about a private matter that communication will be confidential and only necessary details will be released to other parties who might normally be expected to get involved and who themselves have a duty of confidentiality to you.
If you respond to one of our surveys or petitions then we are obliged to know that we are communicating with constituents and we must ask you to provide sufficient information so that we might identify you. Your identity will not be revealed in circumstances where you have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
Information given to us from surveys or petitions and the like may be entered onto a computer database for the sole use of the Conservative Party and its agents. If you give us your address, telephone or email, this will be taken as giving us permission to contact you via such method.
If you give us feedback through this website you may remain anonymous but often we would like to know who you are so that we might contact you to address your concerns.
