If it is important that you make contact with us then please, in the first instance, write or phone to one of the offices listed under Contact. This allows us better to track your communication.
Due to the large volume of correspondence we receive it sometimes happens that we miss contacts by email or fax. Genuine communications can be lost in a mountain of
information, requests and spam. We focus on
responding to mail and phone calls. Emails and faxes are reviewed as
soon as possible and answered as necessary. We do attempt to respond promptly to all
emails and faxes that need attention but please accept our
apologies if there is some delay and if occasionally some go astray. Once we are aware of your initial contact it may be possible to conduct future communications by email or fax.
If you email us please help us distinguish your communication from spam by:
(1) using an email address that identifies you by name if possible
(2) giving the email a detailed subject
An email address is not enough since we are obliged to determine whether you are a Bromsgrove constituent.
If you email us please include your full name, address and post code and preferably a telephone number since that is often the most convenient first point of contact with you.
If your communication is important, or time sensitive, or you want a reply then
please write or phone.
Thank you.
Fax
We now receive very few communications by fax.
Fax remains useful if you are sending us specific documents and we are aware that they are coming. However please understand that we receive a lot of unsolicited - and usually unwanted - faxes and therefore genuine communications can sometimes be missed.
We do prefer that you contact us by letter or by phone in the first instance.
